Varsity Wrestling Win

The varsity wrestling team won 45-16 against Bishop Carroll.

The wrestling team came to bishop Carroll ready for the challenge ahead of them. Coach Church said, "The Falcons came to compete on that Wednesday night with a fire that I had not seen out of them in a while.” The Falcons won 10 out of 14 of their matches in the dual. With this win the Falcon’s score in the league changed to 4-2, in the league dual competition.

 

The 10 winners of matches were Sean Deshazer, Armond McCray, Greg Jones, Conner Neal, Barry Newton, Juwan Peart, Matt Reed, Ulylesses Deshazer, Steven Walker, and Sean Stephens. Coach Church said that Juwan Peart was an outstanding wrestler in this competition.
