Heights goes Pink
Heights participated in Breast Cancer Awareness month at the Heights football game vs. East on Thursday, October 13th. Some players wore pink socks, shoe laces, and gloves. The super fan section was filled with pink clothes, face paint, hats, shoes, etc. And the flag team girls each wore a pink ribbon in their hair. The night of pink included Heights being ahead 42-0 at the half, and 62-0 at the end. The game was a great way to end the first nine weeks of school, a good night for the seniors as Senior Night, and a good way to spread Breast Cancer Awareness.
